New York City, April 29, 1976: Actress Colleen Dewhurst takes a mighty cut at the ball while playing for the "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" team in the Broadway Softball League. The 20-team league, in its 22nd season, listed among its alumni such stars as Paul Newman, Sammy Davis Jr., Woody Allen and Dewhurst's ex-husband, George C. Scott.
